Well, honestly there is no right or wrong time to buy a stocks. If you are a short term investor or stock trader , you will only look at price actions and volume.
Medium term or long term investors would look into the stock valuations, whether the stock is undervalue or overvalue at that given moment of time. How is that being done? Well more of that in my next write up and also how do we actually look into valuations in a laymen terms.
